Prior to your Tenancy Agreement expiring, our local agent will write to you asking whether you wish to renew your Tenancy Agreement, or whether you will be vacating the property at the expiration of your Tenancy. Should you wish to renew your Tenancy, no renewal fees apply. At this stage the Landlord may wish to review the rent.
If you are intending to vacate, you will be required to give a minimum of 1 month’s notice. On the day you move out, all keys should be left inside the property together with a forwarding address. Our local agent will then carry out the Inventory check and then the Landlord will discuss any damage/deductions to be taken from the Damage Deposit with you. This will then be transferred to your bank account from our local agent by BACS transfer.
