6 Weeks prior to your Tenancy Agreement expiring, we will write to you asking whether you wish to renew your Tenancy Agreement, or whether you will be vacating the property at the expiration of your Tenancy. Should you wish to renew your Tenancy, renewal fees may apply to cover re-referencing costs. At this stage the Landlord may wish to review the rent.
If you are intending to vacate, you will be required to give a minimum of 28 days notice. On the day you move out, all keys should be left inside the property together with a forwarding address. We will then carry out the Inventory check and discuss any damage/deductions to be taken from the Damage Deposit with you, this will then be transferred to your bank account by BACS transfer.
