Viewing A Property

If you are interested in viewing one of our properties our local agent will be pleased to assist you. They will then arrange a viewing at a time convenient to you. During the viewing please feel free to ask any questions regarding the property – remember extra costs including Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, TV Licence need to be taken into consideration when budgeting your outgoings as these costs are the responsibility of the tenant.

If after viewing the property you wish to commence with the rental, you will be required to complete a Reference/Application form. This form must be completed by each person who’s name will appear on the Tenancy Agreement, to enable the agent to process the relevant Credit and Reference checks. These checks are carried out by a Professional Credit Agency and can take up to 1 week, however, this timescale is purely dependent on the response from employers etc. Throughout the referencing period the agent will keep you advised of the progress. When the references have been agreed, our local agent will contact you to arrange a date and time for handing over the keys to the property.
